Once tickets have been purchased, no changes or refunds will be made, except in cases where the museum cannot provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the user's control.

In compliance with personal data protection regulations, we inform you that the person responsible for processing your personal data for the purposes contemplated here is the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage and Fine Arts of the Ministry of Culture (General Subdirectorate of State Museums, subdirection.museos@cultura.gob.es).

Your data will be incorporated into the processing called “Sale and reservation of physical and online tickets and subscriptions”, the purpose of this processing is the management of the sale of tickets and online reservations of state-owned museums, as well as, if you give your consent, the sending of information about the activities of the museums to users who have purchased or reserved tickets.

Additionally, if you give your consent, your email address will be incorporated into the activity “Surveys and studies on habits and attitudes towards culture and museums” for the sole purpose of sending you a voluntary survey to collect information about the profile and experience of museum audiences, in order to obtain useful information to guide the activity of museums and improve the services provided by these institutions.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion and portability of your data, limitation and opposition to its processing, as well as not to be subject to decisions based solely on the automated processing of your data, when applicable, in theelectronic headquarters of the Ministry, in person at the registry offices or by mail.
